Convenient location, immediate room changes, pleasant reception atmosphere

The plumbing needs urgent attention!!! The bathroom was falling apart, random nails in the ceiling, and the noise levels were unbearable—definitely not what one hopes for in a restful retreat!!!

Comfortable Stay with Wonderful Staff!

We enjoyed our one-night stay in a spacious room with two queen beds. The attentive staff made our experience delightful, and the fast internet was a bonus for our kids. Pro tip, Avoid rooms near the stairs for a quieter night!

The room was clean, but there was a broken television.

Checking into the hotel was disappointing, with the first room having a light out and the second room only equipped with a single towel, which the front desk refused to replace. The cleanliness of the common areas was concerning, with overflowing garbage cans throughout the premises. It’s disheartening, especially as a Diamond member with Choice. I expected better management and conditions.

I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness throughout, making my stay comfortable. The staff were attentive, and I found the pool area to be a lovely spot to relax after a long day.
